
Complaints Procedure
As you will discover, we like to provide the highest standard of care deemed possible. To achieve this we have to recognise that mistakes can be made and that improvements are vital to our development. There will occasionally be situations were a mistake will be made or that issues may have been dealt with in a less than satisfactorily manner. For such a circumstance we have a complaints procedure in place similar to that of the NHS.
We will always welcome both positive and negative feedback. A simple way to get your thoughts to us is to complete our Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire.
