Insurance approved Physiotherapist
We have established payment accounts with all of the leading health insurance companies in the UK. We are a BUPA registered physiotherapy provider. If you have a policy with an insurance company such as AXA PPP, Standard Life, Norwich Union or Remedi and more, we are happy to provide treatment knowing that the bill will be settled by your insurer.
If you have such a policy, we politely ask that you inform us at the start of your treatment. We are then able to deal directly with your provider.
Check with your employer
You may find that as part of your contract of employment package/benefits you and your family have an existing health insurance policy in place.
What we need from you
We usually require a membership number and a pre-authorisation code/claim number which will be given to you by your insurer when you tell them of your need for treatment. Ideally, we require this prior to treatment commencing. Some health insurance companies require a GP/consultant referral, or a visit to an NHS walk in centre whom suggests a need for physiotherapy.
