Darlington: Eastbourne Sports Complex, Bourne Avenue, DL1 1LJ
From the West (Northallerton, Barnard Castle Richmond) -
Approaching from the A66 by pass, you will pass Darlington Football Club on your left hand side, carry straight ahead and Morton Park round about will appear in front of you. Turn left at this round about.
From the East (Sedgfield, Yarm, Middlesbrough) –
Head along the A66 towards the train sculpture which will appear on your right hand side. Turn right at the impending Morton Park roundabout.
You are now at the top of Yarm Road. From here, head down Yarm Road for approximately 1 ½ miles. The pub, The Hope and Anchor, will appear on your left hand side adjacent to a set of traffic lights. At these light turn right into Hundens Lane.
From here, take the 4th right into Bourne Avenue, the Eastbourne Sports Complex will be visible and approximately 500 yards straight ahead. The car park is free and immediately outside the sports centre.
You should make your way into the sports centre have a seat in the physiotherapy waiting room.
Approaching from the A1 (Newton Aycliffe, Bishop Auckland) –
Take the exit for the A167. Follow signs for Darlington town centre and Darlington College. At the large round about with JJB sports on your right hand side and MFI on your left, turn left onto Haughton Road. The sports centre is signposted from here. You will pass Bannatynes gym and Darlington College on your right hand side. Passing the college, turn right before the impending traffic lights onto Hundens lane. Follow the road round and take the left turning into Bourne Avenue. The Eastbourne Sports Complex will be visible and approximately 500 yards straight ahead. The car park is free and immediately outside the sports centre.
Please make your way into the sports centre and take a seat in the physiotherapy waiting room.
Durham: 25 High Street South, Langley Moor, DH7 8JW
Approaching from the south (Ferryhill, Newton Aycliffe, Spennymoore) –
Take the A167, leaving at the left slip road for Meadowfield industrial estate. Follow the country road, up the winding bank, for approx 3 miles. At the impending t junction, turn right and follow the road straight for approximately 2 miles heading towards Langley Moor.
(From Crook, Willington) –
On your left hand side you will pass Meadowfield sports centre.
Having travelled approx 2 miles, you will now be on Langley Moor High Street and we are located on the right hand side next to Monty’s Butchers shop and directly opposite Tesco which is on the left. Free parking is available on the right hand side of the street and directly outside the premises.
Approaching from the North (Ushaw Moor, Chester le Street, Pitti Me, Nevilles Cross) –
At the nevilles cross traffic lights, if you have come from the train station or the city centre, head straight on. If you have travelled from chester le street direction or the A167, turn right at the traffic lights.
Follow the road for approximately 2 miles. From you will pass Lowes Barn Bank on your left hand side, and approach a mini round about. If you are approaching from Ushaw Moor, you will need to turn right at this round about. Follow the road for a further half mile, passing the car garage on your right and under the bridge.
Our clinic will appear on the left hand side after approx 400 yards.
Approaching from East (Castle Eden, Shincliffe, Maiden Castle) –
Pass maiden castle on your right hand side, up the bank and take the first exit at the approaching round about. Pass the New Inn pub on your right and Durham school on your left. At the next round about turn left again. Follow the winding road until you reach the traffic lights. In front of you will be the Duke of Wellington Pub. Carry straight over and down Lowes Barn Bank. Turn left at the bottom.
Follow the road for a further half mile, passing the car garage on your right and under the bridge.
Our clinic will appear on the left hand side after approx 400 yards.
Hartlepool – 25 Raby Road, TS24 8AS
Approaching From Middlesbrough A19, Billingham A689, Stockton –
Exit the A19 at the A689 Wolviston roundabout slip road. Wynyard estate will be in the distance on your left hand side. Turn right at the round about. McDonalds and the petrol garage will then be alongside you on the left.
(Pick up directions here from the West, Sedgefield and Ferryhill area) -
Continue forward on the A689 for approximately 5 minutes following signs for Hartlepool. Then when you approach a large set of traffic lights, look for signs to the town centre and Hartlepool United football club.
You will pass over two roundabouts, carry straight on, at the approach to the third round about, a large TESCO store will appear on your right. Carry straight on at the third round about.
Continue straight over the next set of traffic lights (you will see the fire station on your right). At the next set of traffic lights, turn left (level with the Wilkinson’s store).
Then take your second right (you will go past the Civic centre steps on your right and war memorial on the left). Your now on Avenue road. Continue straight ahead until the road bends slightly and you hit a T junction with a main road. This is Raby Road. Look immediately to your left and you will see our Blue/Grey practice.
You may be able to park along side the wall of the shop or on the concrete section directly at the back. If not, there is always space in the big Mill House Leisure Centre car park directly opposite.
From the North: Blackhall, Peterlee, Castle Eden direction
Leave the A19 at the slip road for the A179 Hartlepool. Follow this road for approx 2 miles with the sea in front of you. At the first large round about, head straight on, likewise the next mini round about, passing the pub on your right hand side.
At the next round about turn right. You will then approach the hospital round about where you should take the 2nd exit. Stay on this road, passing straight over the next large round about. You will then pass under a railway bridge and at the next round about turn right.
Carry straight ahead, passing over another large round about. As you approach the next large round about level with ASDA, stay in the righthand lane but carry straight ahead. Keep to the right hand lane.
Soon, as you approach the next set of traffic lights you need to go straight through these. At the next set, (Wilkinsons Hardware store is directly in front of you) turn right.
Then take your second right (you will go past the Civic centre steps on your right and war memorial on the left).
Your now on Avenue road. Continue straight ahead until the road bends slightly and you hit a T junction with a main road. This is Raby Road. Look immediately to your left and you will see our Blue/Grey practice.

Guisborough – 7 Church Street, TS14 6HG
Approaching from Great Ayton (A173), Stokesley (A172), Nunthorpe and M’boro (A171) –
Turn right at the round about sign posted Guisborough on the A171. Follow the road for approximately 2 miles until you reach Guisborough high street, which is commonly known as Westgate. Carry on to the end of Westgate, until you reach the traffic lights. Linda’s cafe and the Natwest bank will be facing you. Turn left at these traffic lights. Look to the left and in the distance (North West) and you will be able to see our practice in the distance. It is painted blue and white. We are located on the same row of shops as Oxfam, Market Cross Carpets is next door to us and the Yorkshire Bank is also on this row.
For parking, please drive past the premises and look to the right hand side, on the bend you will see a church and next to this is a public car park charged at 60 pence per hour. (your appointment is likely to last 30minutes).
Approaching from Skelton (B1269), Redcar and Saltburn (B1268), Whitby and Scarborough –
At the round about, head towards Guisborough and look for Church Lane (you should automatically pick up this road on from any of the above when heading towards Guisborough). Turn left onto Redcar Lane (sign posted town Centre and if you have missed this turning you will see the Hospital on your left handside). Head down Redcar Road, you will pass the Peugeot garage on the left handside and a Dental practice and a pub called the Highland Laddie on the right hand side. Our practice is just round this bend and near the Yorkshire Bank. Directly opposite this bend is a Church and a car park charged at 60p per hour (your appointment is likely to last 30 minutes).
