Personal Injury Claims and Treatment
Physiotherapists assess and treat more whiplash patients than any other health professional.
Whether you are the injured party involved in a personal injury claim, or a solicitor or rehabilitation claim manager, we offer a medico-legal service for personal injury claims.
Patients - Choose us
We are a physiotherapy provider for the majority of the insurance companies and rehabilitation managers that may be involved in your claim following a accident. For the rare occasion we are not, you can still ask to receive treatment from us. We are happy to deal with the person or persons handling your claim to ensure that we are quickly placed on their provider list to ensure that you receive the treatment that you want from us, yet the bill is still paid for by the third party responsible for your injury.
Don’t be told that you can not use a provider of your choice, we have all of the necessary qualifications and memberships to the correct governing bodies to provide physiotherapy treatment on your behalf. It is your claim, you have the right to choose us for your physiotherapy treatment.
Solicitors and Case Managers- Choose us
We are fully aware of the purpose and requirements of medico-legal physiotherapy and reporting. We will endeavor to maintain clarity, quality and comply with civil procedure rules.
Instructions may be given by post, or online via email. Following instruction we can arrange for an assessment to be conducted within one week. The report will detail the type and likely cost of treatment, which can commence within 48 hours of instruction.
