Pilates is now widely regarded as one the best ways to tone up weak muscles and give support to your back, neck and shoulder joints. Our classes involve a set of challenging and progressive exercises to allow you to learn to move your body and your spine safely. The class is uniquely taught by a Chartered Physiotherapist who can give expert advice on any injury concerns you might have.
Our Pilates class was featured prominently in The Hartlepool Mail Race for Fitness campaign and classes take place every Wednesday night right after work, 6-7pm St Paulinus Church, The Avenue, Guisborough and every Friday morning, 10-11am and 11am-12pm, Sunnyfield House, Westgate, Guisborough.
