We have four clinics across the region and pride ourselves on being able to give each person who comes through our door specialist, hands-on treatment, with an allocated slot solely for them to work through the issues they are facing.

WHAT WE NEED
We are looking for someone who enjoys life, loves people and has a fun and positive team spirit, as character is everything to us.
The role, and key duties of the Aromatherapist role are:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain our high standards in the treatment room and throughout the clinic.
- Handle client bookings; Checking clients in and out, rebooking treatments and taking payments.
- Promote our other treatments and offers.
- Retail products to clients.
- Be well presented at all times.
- To attend any appropriate training courses required.
- To keep up to date with developments relating to the product ranges and any new treatments.
- To ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects to maintenance via the operations manager at any time of the day.
- To adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
- To turn off equipment and lights after use.
- To be fully covered with insurance.
We require the applicant to hold an NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy and NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy. No previous experience is required.
