Appointments

Any cancellation of an appointment, that occurs within 24hrs of that appointment time, or any unattended appointments, will result in a loss of money or session’s. The clinic also reserves the right to revert all block booking offer prices to full price sessions, if a refund is requested before the completion of this block booking, the remainder of monies for these sessions will then be returned to the patient.

Treatment Plan Validity: All prepaid treatment plans are subject to a validity period from the date of purchase. Promotional/block booking offers are valid for 3 months, standard treatment plans for 6 months, and maintenance plans for 12 months. Any unused sessions should be used within the applicable period. Where exceptional or medical circumstances prevent this, please contact the clinic and an extension may be considered where appropriate.
